NYC Takes Good Food to New Heights

FEBRUARY 4, 2019

The Dominique Ansel Bakery is renowned worldwide as being the premier place to indulge in desserts and taste the infamous hybrid ‘Cronut’. I visited Dominique Ansel New York where the kitchen and food display are the priority. Patrons are welcome to spend time standing against the glass counter, browsing the most skilfully crafted desserts but when you’re ready to eat, the game goes vertical. In NYC space is a premium and as a result the tables at Dominique Ansel have gone upwards.

Popular food destinations require the right ambiance to enjoy your meal, even if it means climbing the walls to get it. The most important take away is when you’re half a metre above table height it’s more about the design of your socks than your tie. So look the part head to toe.
